- After first putting in the trays, I noticed saying "s's" to be a little difficult.
I worked this out by placing my tongue farther back on the roof of my mouth when saying an s. Not perfect but better and I keep getting used to it.
- I don't really clamp my teeth together. I think I kind of keep a space between top and bottom during the day, at least.
- Cleaning: I rinse my trays out with water after taking them out each time.
Once or twice a day I soak them in Efferdent to clean. I bought the efferdent case for that. Got both at Walmart.
- I carry my red case in my purse to place the trays in while eating.
- Brushing your teeth with the trays in also is a way to clean the outside of the trays. Recommended by Julie (my sister who just finished Invisilign).
- Can also use Invisilign cleaner in a bowl or case. I'm told this is pretty pricey, though. Efferdent seems to be recommended as a good substitute.
- Sometimes my tongue gets a little sore from rubbing up against the trays. Trying to keep it pulled back and away more.
- I don't feel too much pressure on my teeth but sometimes there is a little. I just take a couple of Advil and it's fine.
